Unnikrishnan P

Developer, designer and fact checker for the tools and guides on HexCalculator.

About

Unnikrishnan P is a banking and finance graduate and builds free, privacy-friendly web tools as an independent developer and designer. He wrote, built and checks the number base converters, encoders, bitwise calculators and color tools on HexCalculator.

What he does here

  • Builder. He builds the converters and calculators to run entirely in your browser, with arbitrary-precision math so large values stay exact.
  • Designer. He designs each tool's interface and the diagrams in the guides so a result is easy to read at a glance.
  • Content author. He writes the guides and the plain-English explanations on each page.
  • Fact checker. Each converter is checked against known test vectors and worked examples with known answers before it goes live.
